Privacy notice

Effective June 17, 2026 · Version v1-2026-06-17

Lighthouse turns a short conversation into a personalized AI learning plan you can act on this week. It is operated by Axle Radar LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. This notice explains, plainly, what we collect, how we use and store it, and the choices you have. It is written to be honest and readable — not to be legal advice.

What we collect

To build your chart, we collect only what you type into the interview:

  • Your first name and a short role or title.
  • Your goals, tasks, and starting point — outcomes, success measures, the tools and terms you know, and how comfortable you feel.
  • An optional “a bit about you” block — age range, work status, years of experience, how you feel about AI, and interests outside AI. Every field there is optional; you can skip the whole block.

We do not ask for your email or any payment details to generate a chart. Your interview answers are never sent to analytics or any advertising service.

If you purchase a chart, Stripe collects your payment information (card details and billing email) under Stripe’s privacy policy; we never see or store your full card number.

If you sign in with email, we collect your email address for authentication (6-digit OTP) and to send receipts. This is optional — you can generate a chart without an account.

How your chart is made and stored

Your answers are sent to our servers and passed to a large language model (Anthropic’s Claude) to write your plan. The API keys for that model live only on the server — never in your browser. Your answers are used to generate your chart; we do not use them to train models.

The finished chart is stored in our database (Supabase / Postgres) at an unguessable web address (a random UUID, e.g. /chart/3f2a…). That link is private by default but shareable — anyone you send it to can view it, so share it only with people you trust. We log your IP address transiently to limit abuse and control cost; it is not stored alongside your chart.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics (Consent Mode v2) to understand how people find and move through the site. It runs with a cookieless, consent-aware default, and no interview answers, names, or chart contents are ever sent to it. You can review or withdraw analytics consent at any time from the Analytics preferences link in the footer.

Age — Lighthouse is for ages 16 and up

Lighthouse is a general-audience tool intended for people 16 and older. We ask your age range during the interview solely to screen for this: if you indicate you are under 16, we stop right there — no chart is generated and nothing you entered is stored. We do not keep the age information of anyone we turn away.

This reflects children’s-privacy law — the US Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA, under 13) and the GDPR’s rules for children (which set the digital-consent age between 13 and 16 across the EU). We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child under 16 has given us information, contact us at dom@dom.net and we will delete it.

Who else handles your data

We use the following service providers. Each handles data only as needed to provide their service to us and is bound by appropriate data-protection commitments.

  • Anthropic— generates your plan from your interview answers via API. US-based; participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Anthropic’s Data Processing Addendum (incorporating EU Standard Contractual Clauses) is incorporated into our commercial agreement with them; your answers are not used to train their models.
  • Supabase — stores your chart in Postgres. Data hosted in the United States.
  • Stripe — processes payments. Handles card data and billing email under their own privacy policy; Lighthouse never stores card numbers.
  • Resend — sends transactional emails (OTP codes, receipts) fromlighthouse@aldis.app. US-based.
  • Vercel — hosts the app and runs serverless functions. Request data and transient IP processed in the US.
  • Google Analytics 4 — consent-gated behavioral analytics. No interview content, names, or chart contents are ever sent to it.

Your choices & deleting your chart

You can ask us to delete your chart at any time. Email dom@dom.net with the chart link (or the part after /chart/), and we will remove it from our database. A parent or guardian can request the same on a child’s behalf. We will honor verified deletion requests promptly.
